Just a little something I was playing with and liked how it turned out. I know the actual Philidelphia Experiment had nothing to do with portals and spacemen. The tinfoil hat version is what came to mind when I was doing this.My first actual posted deviation of 2008.

whoa, spiffy, kinda reminds me of the movie "flight of the navigator", btw, i was listening to some kinda weird radio program last night that was talking about the philadelphia experiment
