My Theory about Dark Pit.

Probably, since he doesn't want to be with anyone as a team, ¡some times! and no need for a goddess.

I do know and everyone he is neutral not truly evil, maybe the results also affect by Pit breaking: "The Mirror of Truth" Pandora made, or whatever.

And since Dark Pit didn't like Pandora, I say that he probably be a person: Asexual.

Which means he doesn't feel any pleasure in intimate moment in both genres.

And that little pic about Pit crying, Dark Pit even he be a cold hearted, he truly cares for Pit, that Pit is now under Dark being like a protector/brother to him.

Pit wants to spend more time with Dark before, probably may be too late...
