Sailor Miranda was an ancient lord of the the Silver Millenium and one of it's few survivors. As a man of nobility, he finds it difficult to adjust to modern civilization.

About: Well, I wanted to give a unique take on a male Sailor Senshi, since all of the females were youthful in appearance, I decided to make Miranda an old guy. His name and powers were based on the play "The Tempest" by William Shakespeare from which the Uranus moon Miranda got it's name.
