Thank you very much! Oh, I'm bad in explaining, but I will try to help you. Well first of all, the picture must be a little bit dark and contrast. To edit this photo I used PS CS6. So I used curves to increase the contrast, then I made the picture darker with this tool called Gamma Correction, then mixed two gradient maps (the first one was brown/beige and the second one was black/white). You can set the mode of mixing of these layers which would fit your image perfectly (maybe Screen, Lighten, Overlay or Soft Light modes). And don't forget to change opacity of your layers. Then you use tool Offset (move the slider to the right and set it at 0.101) to make your photo softer. Also you can lighten the lights and darken the shadows using tool Dodge/Burn or masks and curves. Hope I was helpful with this shitty explanation. Feel free to ask me, if you didn't get something.
