Easily one of my favorite cartoon villains. Without Biggy and Itchy, life in the kingdom of Bongo Congo would be pretty dull for King Leonardo and Odie Cologne. Fortunately for his majesty, the villainous pair's plan always end in failure.Gotta love how Biggy's voice is done so he sounds like Edward G. Robinson. Itchy's voice kinda reminds me of Mr. Jinks from the Pixie and Dixie and Mr. Jinks cartoons.
