basics
♡ all transactions will be for USD through paypal. digital currencies & art/oc trades will not be accepted unless otherwise stated.
♡ prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated, and non-refundable.
♡ i reserve the right to deny a sale for any reason.
♡ turnaround time for commissions may be up to a month.
terms of service
♡ all watermarks on pieces drawn by me must remain intact when posted anywhere.
♡ i must be credited for any of my art and designs i created on any website.
♡ characters may be resold / traded for the same value they were purchased for, or more if more art has been added, for no more than the price of the art. you may not use your own art to artificially inflate the price.
♡ characters gifted by me may not be resold or traded for other ocs or currency of any kind. if you no longer want a gift character, it must be returned to me.
♡ designs may be freely changed after being purchased from me.
♡ do not repost my designs on toyhou.se, transfer them to keep my credit and tos intact.
