When Sam left the riding area after her turn, she took away Rednecks Saddle and her hat and went over to let the stallion have some spare time, when a Television transmitter stopped her to ask her some questions about the event. They had seen the country flag on the blanket of Redneck, when Sam had unsaddled him and so they had come over to talk to her. Sam smiled and stroked the cheek of her Linderhofer, while answering the questions and chatting along.

Narrator: We are live at the Beaumont's Mountain Equestrian Trials in Colorado, where many great competitions are held, such as a 3 Days Eventing, a dressage kür, a show jumping class and many more. Such a big and attractive Event calls many stables into action, that travel from far away to show their talents in the show circle. We met Samantha van Drakens, the owner of Halfmoon-Stables in the south of Germany to talk to her about BMET and her thoughts about the show.
Interviewer: So, Misses van Drakens, how are you?
Sam: Fine, thanks!
Interviewer: Why did you enter this event today?
Sam: Oh, you see, actually I didn't want to leave the stable, as there is so much work to do, but our competition-manager registered us so we could travel and have both: a nice event and some kind of a holiday!
Interviewer: Oh, how nice! So you participated in the dressage class with this horse? He doesn't look like the usual warmbloods you see at these competitions, if I may say so.
Sam: *laughs* Redneck is not a typical warmblood, indeed. This breed is called Linderhofer and Halfmoon-Stables promotes them together with Manticulâtor-Stables. We brought him instead of our young Hanoverians, because he is most familiar with big events and because he is most experienced in dressage.
Interviewer: Which events did he participate in?
Sam: Oh, besides many national competitions, we also took part in the Olympics together and we were at the huge RAS 3 Days Event.
Interviewer: What do you think about your prospects at this event?
Sam: Uhm... I don't know... You know, some of these horses are luminaries in their discipline, just think about Ambassador, who won the Olympics or the horses from RPS or Rosendal, which are so well trained! I think it will be pretty hard to impress the judges, but I hope, that we managed to please them a bit.
Interviewer: What do you plan to do the next days?
Sam: I think me and my husband will enjoy the rest of the great shows and try to get in contact with some other stables. It is always a pleasure to meet friends at these events. *smiles*
