I had this and "rays of god" sharpened through Nik sharpener for testing, I realized yesterday when I tried a new saturation method which I wanted to test, so after sharpening with the 1,666 method I realized I had sharpened the original with Nik sharpener.

well, if we don't disintegrate from extreme soaking into seawater we will definitely evaporate from extreme exposure to sun!
In other wordS it's shamefully relaxing! Photography wise is a total failure though, the skies are as we expected them to be: so blank you could swear theY have been erased!

Not bad at all I would say, I have still a CRT EIZO Flexscan in my parents home and I often check images through it, still after so many years (and calibrated) reliable to the bone

It's a good photo but i would improve the sharpness of the image. I dont know which method do u use to resize the photos, but it would be better to see more fine details.

I use the classic resize technique, resize to 1,666 apply sharpening twice (with a bit of masking) and then resize for the final size.
You can actually see this technique on Alex Nail as well (he wrote a very nice journal and a news topic about it).

I have another where the clouds are more in focus, but the exposure was not that good so I decided to drop it.
I kept this one, although it was not a charming light time, I liked it because it had a strong summer feeling it (despite the fact that it was shot in April).
