Pokemon 151 project, Vaporeon.To this day this one looks extremely experimental to me. But I've come to love it over time somehow. I put quite some work reworking the water and some re-shading in the pokemon too. Either way, this is still my favourite eeveelution and we move on to Eevee itself tomorrow.
