Nice shading in this piece. I like how you did the eyes especially.
However, I would say overall, it's still quite light. Don't be afraid to get much darker in some plays to play up the contrast.

I'm not really big fan of the characters in Toriko themselves to be honest. But Midora and Jiro are those I like the most, so I might draw them sometime in the future. I have a lot of other stuff to draw before that though, so it might take a while.
