of course jennifer Ehle is great.. but i like Keira interpretation too .
Actually it would be soo hard for me to choose the best . depend of my mood
But i admit jennifer Ehle plays a lizzie closer to the book than Knightley

i agree that she's the only really close to the book . But Keira 's interpretation was nice too.

She was awful. But everyone is just fantastic compared to MacFadyen as Darcy. God, he was worst than bad! His Darcy was like wet, beaten-up puppy!
And why the hell I'm talking about girls/women adressed film again?

I pretty like it, even if it take distance from the novel . But in just two hours , there wasn't really the choice ...
Darcy played by MacFadyen was good ... Maybe a little bit too sad, but it changes ...
Actually i like both 1995 mini serie and 2005 movie, so i won't say anything bad about both ! ^^

And from all adaptations and interptetations I prefer '95 mini serie. The newest one was for me like based not on Austen's book, but on summary of it. Well, so I can really say I hate that version
Darcy should be... no, Darcy MUST be stern, bit arrogant and aristocratic (if you know what I mean) while still charming and true gentelmen. MacFadyen's creation lacks all of those attributs.

i'm ok that macfadyen wasn't a true darcy, but i like how he's sensitive .
But that's true that , even in the beginning, i didn't find him as arrogant as he should be .

Let's find him, all the other actors, whole film crew and hire Colin Firth as tutor and re-made the whole film
Ow, and Knightly should put at least 10 pounds. Even if poor, so skinny lady doesn't feel right. She was definitly too beautiful for Lizzy

The actors i really like in this movie were those who played Bingley and Jane . They were great to me .
