I pray I will never have the feelingOf blood on my hands
Both in person and in mind
I fear the cold that will bring
With the warm blood spilling over
Then making me fall deeper while my body still stands.
With every drop I would feel less
Until there is none left to find
And I am but a stuttering fool
Thinking I just need a four leaf clover
To fix all the mess
So I need not stand in the crimson pool.
