It's supposed to suggest the sexual tension between them, although I think it's a bit too blatantly obvious, but they aren't actually in the act.
Keep practicing and sketch from life. Take pictures of yourself doing what you want to create and then use them as reference.

Yea, I think the multiple women in Peter's life is one of the most interesting parts about the character. Especially the dynamic of adding a female hero whom he is interested in, that he doesn't really have to worry as much about getting hurt because she can take care of herself.

true enough i mean black cat can take care of herself not to metnion peter did also pick her when he was set to another world and he put a team together lots of bonding there and she always proves an interesting partner for peter

Black Cat does look old, a bit round in the face, might wanna slim her down a lil there, less wrinkles in the forehead would help as well. I love how you drew black suit spidey, perfect!
