His outfit has been annoying me because it doesn’t fit with the rest of the cast of characters so I just had to fix it lol
I couldn’t help myself and gave him a cape because I’m obsessed with capes for some reason
Lint’s right hand man, he basically does fucking everything Lint is supposed to do around politics because Lint is too much of a pussy to go out and do things himself because he hates his scars so goddamn much ☠️☠️ It gets to a point where people either think Lint is actually dead and they just won’t say or that Lint just never existed and was there as a kind of big brother figure (Lint loves his propaganda posters 😇)

Anyway Baxter is also in love with Francis but he never has much time to hang out with him because of his work getting in the way L
