Abilities: Psychoactive (contact with the pokemon may confuse the foe)
Description: Psycheyote and Puppyote have been hunted to almost extinction because of the chemicals contained in their cacti. The raising of Puppyote or Psychyote is strictly prohibited except for a select few groups of native peoples.
Evolves from: Puppyote at lvl 26
And as I have said before I don't encourage anyone who doesn't know exactly what they are doing to consume any kind of mescal substance.

the overall concept is excellent, i totally agreee with insert adult themes in pokemon creation, without neglecting irony..
In terms of design, i like having a functional approach with fakemon, as if they would be real, so that i understand how they move, attack, etc...
Your design in my opionion is appealing but i can't figure out how its mouth works, and its limbs are quite weird
