Ling Ling researches online for solutions whenever there's some health problem as nowadays it's seriously hard, close to impossible to get an appointment. Having a face to face appointment with a doctor is close to non existant because all appointments these days are only phone calls. You can't have a face to face appointment unless the doctors says you need one for physical check up.
Most health issues online suggests to see the doctor, Ling Ling searched online for mouth ulcer problems and see most suggests to see either a "doctor" or a dentist about it. However when seeing a doctor in person, that doesn't seem to be the case or it might be "just" that specific odd doctor that says it's not their job to look at that type of health issue or give treatment...

Here's what happened...on a Monday in October, Ling Ling had a telephone appointment with a male doctor, explained everything and he says he book a face to face appointment with one of his colleagues as he's not in the next day to take a look at the ulcer and take some photo's to send with referral to see a specialist in a hospital.
So she took her mum to the doctors surgery and got seen by a female doctor face to face and explained everything again...you would've have thought she had notes from the other doctor that had the telephone appointment.
The female doctor tells Ling Ling that is the dentist area to look at and not doctors. Ling Ling was very annoyed hearing that, this doctor is useless...if it was the same doctor on the phone this wouldn't be happening....he'll be checking to see what it looks like. Ling Ling tells her the male doctor on the phone told them to come here to check and also it's impossible to get a dentist appointment to be seen immediately.

Well...the female reluctuantly have a look with a dim torch and says she cannot see anything there and things look normal. Ling Ling Ling cannot believe this, she can see it clearly even in dim light. How the hell the female doc cannot see and also do not know what mouthwash is for...it's what the doctors at this surgery advises to use for mouthsore and ulcers. In the end the female doctor says she could write a referral to see an oral specialist at a hospital and says they might or might not accept to see you though. Well, that do not sound good...it's more likely to not accept as she says she sees nothing. Luckily she had booked a dentist appointment long ago but has to wait more than a week though...so next it's off to see the dentist...
