Oh mediabangpaint pro is dope! I was using that for a LONG while before upgrading to photoshop! You really made something fantastic with it too! Can really feel the heat!

I can't believe I just found it, it's amazing! I used to be a devout photoshop user, but then I couldn't afford it anymore so I had to find alternative means for art I've actually discovered that Krita and Medibang are way better for digital painting than photoshop ever was! But of course, its a personal preference

And thank you!

MediaBang is definitely a fantastic free alternative, plus the fact that it's in a night theme is just perfect. I personally couldn't ever figure out how to get brushes installed properly and had some issues with crashing/backups not working, so that's when I made the jump to Photoshop. My only problem with Photoshop right now is now ram intensive it is, but otherwise I'm thoroughly enjoying it! I'm glad you've got a program that's really working for you!

The brushes were quite difficult to figure out, I'm not gonna lie
Ahh I'm always super nervous about art programs crashing etc. so I have yet to see whether that's the case with MediBang
I hope you get everything you want out of photoshop! Maybe I'll gravitate back to it eventually as well

Medibang has a backup function however it only works if the program automatically relaunches the backup save. There’s no way to force it to and if it doesn’t then you’re just fucked. Photoshop is definitely good but I did have one time my whole computer crashed and the file got corrupted, but that wasn’t photoshop’s cause at least. To each there own, and honestly at the end of the day it’s the artist not the program that truly matters and I know you’ll just continue to make fantastic art!

I wasn't even aware of a backup function, but that's good to know!
I agree, there are so many different programs that work for different people its really impossible to choose 'the best one'
