Ichijouji Ken from Digimon 02.
His beloved Daisuke is... uh, somewhere and he's using a little Daisuke doll as a substitute. 
Not quite the same now is it.....Maybe the only thing that I like in this picture is Ken's head and the Daisuke doll.
Well, I guess it could have been worse.

Hmm... I must say, I like Digimon 02 more than the first Digimon Adventure. (Maybe 'cause here in Finland they are showing Digimon 02 in Japanese.
