this is the oc i made he has hair over his eyes to hide his glassy glazed eyes since he was blinded by an ice burnhe is mystic being witch uses his powers to see he use to live in a mountain range where is was freezing and was native to the Czech republic(im English but this rp charters back story is set there)the type of creature he is unnamed by humans since many people would not bother to name them since of the ice cold weather conditions and they are able with stand a harsh blizzards
