Hey Petty, I really love your art! One question: I read the rules of OCT and they said that a trainer start with one pokemon, you can get a new one (second, third and so on) after each round or envolve one pokemon after each round. Extra reward: Making a pokemon shiny. That makes for Milena ... at least 12 rounds? Please correct me if I got anything wrong :'D

A trainer starts with a maximum of 3 pokemon, one of which is allowed to be fully evolved. You can evolve AND obtain a pokemon in one round. Shinies can be used however you want, but not excessively. For a trainer to obtain this team, you'd need to complete only 4 rounds. For an admin, that's a lot easier since they don't compete and MAKE the rules.

I frikken love the way you drew Jolteon and Glaceon! They evolve from the same pokemon, but you can't even tell because you gave them each their own personality! One is bulky and sturdy and one is long and graceful. I love it. Also dat swoobat.

Yeah, I don't know things about Latin, I was just guessing based on the translation I was given.
Clearly the person who made the crest didn't have enough magic, and thus not enough knowledge. (Maybe it can be read in either direction? Magic through knowledge, knowledge through magic? Maybe that was the point? Or maybe Petty's just bad at Latin, what do I know.)
