Phew, I'm about ready to kill my photoshop. It was complaining the entire time I was coloring this... it wouldn't let me copy anything, it crashed twice (though luckily I had saved both times before that happened) and it was being generally slow. @__@Imma defrag my HD after I submit this. |D;;
Anywho, I felt like creating a creature the other day (art block can be rather horrid) and so Jekyl was born.
He's based largely off of a Fennec fox (which are adorable creatures, if you don't know what they are, look em up. <3)
The glowing pattern at the bottom gave me grief. It took me about twenty minutes alone to try to figure out how to make it glow properly. :\

Hehehe, I had been thinking he looked like a Jackal, I named the file that, I read it as Jekyl and then the name stuck. It was only after I had named him that I made the book connection. XD

That glowy may have been tedious, but it paid off- It looks very, very cool. (Why I can't find decent words.. Who knows. D< )

Haha, that was the first animal I thought of when I finished drawing him.... then I realized the name "Jekyl" really suited him.
He IS a crafty little bugger. You probably couldn't keep him locked up anywhere. XD

Suddenly I'm tempted to see who's craftier.. Inuhen or Jekyl. (Jekyl's name sounds cooler.. XD;; )
Course.. Inuhen only uses it to stalk/follow Kiyori around and land on her head. o_O;; So I guess Jekyl wins paws down. XD!
