More NZA! buildings, this time: sketches!

So I have a huge list of all sorts of buildings that needs to be produced for the game, and I start by doing some research and then I sketch a few versions of that building, and I try to make each one appealing on its own, or sometimes I sketch a slightly different version, moving things around a bit to make it better.

Then I present all my sketches to my handsome art director Mike who picks one and maybe suggests some changes. After that I paint them in photoshop which you've seen before. And that's how it's done (Then I have to do some other stuff for the programmers).
