I shoot in RAW then i open it in Camera RAw in photoshop and play a bit with it

Because shooting in RAW will not lose details with the camera jpeg compression it's the pure image that the sensor capture.

Sorry i didn't understood right normally i use a Sigma 18-200 3.5-6.3 DC for almost every shots
