I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. I saved and closed so I could do the magic effects (my stupid paint program only gives me 5 layers to work on and the only way I can figure out how to merge layers is to save & close then reopen) but when I reopened it, the picture was all sharpened for some reason.
