C is for Crystal Fuentes from "Rosie's Rules"
Crystal is Rosie's creative older half-sister. Crystal loves guiding Rosie, but lets Rosie solve her problems -- sometimes using her creative artistic talents to help Rosie out of a jam. She often likes to gloat about being twelve, but still likes things such as balloon animals and merry-go-rounds.
Aside from art, Crystal enjoys a wide range of other activities, including ballet, ice skating, soccer, roller skating, and playing the tuba.
