Skillet's optimism vs. Sneers pessimism is a wonderful, wonderful chemistry. I like how she's keeping all of her options open even in the face of potentially being wrong - because you never know, right? I agree with her, without proof of anything one way or the other, anything is possible.
Btw - the shading on Sneers' face in the last panel? Epic.

she believes in giving leadership as many options as possible to consider - if sneers takes one position, she will not immediately agree with him if she thinks there are other options and views available, even if he is technically her superior.
