"Get your own cloud, monk."For Equestria Daily's Newbie Artist Training Ground III, day 2: a pony walking, and a pony on a journey.Β Applejack as the monk Xuanzang, forced to walk to India, while Rainbow Dash as Sun Wukong (the Monkey King) cruises around on her cloud.
Edit: I redrew a bit of the hat so AJ's ear is inside of it. It's a wide-brimmed hat, and that detail was bugging me.

You're welcome. There's a full version of the song as well called "Monkey Magic " by Godiego.
Yeah she is. She has a similar personality to the Monkey King as well (really cocky and temperamental, but is loyal and has sense of justice, difference is she mostly had those traits from the start where as the Monkey King developed those traits after being humbled by the Buddha).
FUN FACT: Did you know that Goku from Dragon Ball is based on the Monkey King? His name in Japanese is "Son GokΕ«" (ε«ζη©Ί) which is the Japanese romanization of the Monkey King's Chinese name "SΕ«n WΓΉkΕng" (ε«ζη©Ί).
