Description
So here we go with the promised bios, I know darknessfromlight12 will be pleased. We're starting with the girl who recently had her own series, Marina. The artwork is made by the highly talented B69comics And wow she looks great. I'm also including a copy of the text below, I know it can be hard to read like that.
______________________________
IDENTITY
Name: Marina
Epitaph: Sentinel of Sea and Shore
Real Name: Marina Anderson
CHARACTER
Personality: Rebelious, cheeky, idealistic and naive
Age: 18
Based In: The Island of Saint Jean, Caribbean
ORIGINS:
Having been raised with no knowledge of her seafolk heritage, when Marina turned 18 she was sent a pendant with a picture of her mother. This led to her discovering the ravaged remains of the underwater city her mother was from, though none of its inhabitants. As such she set out to find out the fate of her people.
POWERS/ABILITIES:
Strength of the Deep: Being adapted to the pressures of the deep sea, she has startling strength on land. While it is not that high up the superstrength scale, it is far above a normal human.
Aquakinesis: Her halfling status gives her naturally high abilities with the seafolk art of controling water with her mind. She can forge it into weapons, use it as a shield or even flood a town or city.
Talk To Fish: She can communicate with seacreatures, it is a low level of telepathy that allows this, she can understand them and they can understand her, she can also use the power to see through their eyes.
Sword of Nu: A recent addition to her arsenal, an ancient mystic sword of incredible power. She is just starting to unlock its secrets.
WEAKNESSES:
No Mental Resistance: Due to the machinations of the sea witch she thought was her ally, Marina has been left with no resistance to mind control and hypnosis.
Young and Naive: She has not had that much life experience outside her little island, leaving her easier to dupe by villains, liable to miss clues and rush into things. She also is not at the peek of her powers as she is not skilled in using them.
Low Combat Training: She has taken a basic self defense course, other than that she has no combat skills to speak of and must rely on her powers.
POWER RANKINGS:
Physical Prowess: 7
Energy Projection: 2
Intelligence: 3
Willpower: 0
MAJOR VILLAINS:
Cassandra; the Sea Witch: having manipulated her for about a year, Cassandra nearly managed to use Marina as a pawn to conquer the world.
The 6 Who Rule: The secret cabal of villains that are interested in amassing power and wealth. Cassandra was a member, now the remaining five are on their way.

Hi! Two part question which you do not have to answer if you feel like there are any spoilers. First off, I know that you said that sheβs a daughter of seafolk but what does that mean? Is she a demigod? If yes then would you mind if I wrote a story with her in it?

Seafolk are the people of the sea, not unlike mermaids, or the main character from the Areon CYOA story, so she's part fantasy creature but I wouldn't call her a demigod, unless you count FairyPrincessJess 's Wisp as a demigod

Her sword, the Sword of Nu, takes its name from and legend says it was made by the Egyptian goddess Nu, but that's as close as she comes.
Ms Amazing is a demigod, but she's only appeared once and has nothing to do with water

Water wasnβt really important, I was just looking for demigods. I thought that Ms Amazing was a god and not a Demigod? I can still use her for my story, it would be great in fact, but I thought that her parents were both gods?

Oh yes of course, she was raised human but her parents were both gods, it's been a while since I last reread that one.

I know the comedic villain isn't for everyone, but I enjoyed it, it was my first one watching again as a grown up
