Description Watercolor

Decided to revive my 2 longtime friends Mr Scriptliner and Mrs Mob Brush from their deep slumber for this painting. I've not been using them for years. Its really a case of necromancy.

Great work Des. I know these lillies as we have them here too. The detail is so great I can almost feel the slight rubbery texture of the petals.

Thanks bunches Karla for your observation! The paper started to buckle a little when I finished this one but at least it looks 3D like shape of the flowers!

You're welcome, and thank you for answering. I'd never seen a green calla before so that was why I asked. It also looked like some of the rarer wild flowers I've seen too.
