Description
It's the year 2197 and Corlina Bachess walked into the down-at-heel bar on 250th Avenue. The barman looked up, he hadn't seen her for a long time, the wild-eyed woman that had been away. She hadn't changed a bit, she ordered her favourite cocktail and sat in the nearest booth. The barman went over, "They were askin' if you were around, how you was, where you could be found. I told 'em you were livin' downtown, drivin' all the old men crazy." She winked and smiled, her golden eyes glittered, "I could tell you where I've been, but I'd have to tell you too many lies." Her eyes fixed on a man who came in through the door in a dark raincoat, he came over and set next to her. Shortly after they left together, the barman never saw either of them again.
