Sorry, you had linked me to this a while ago and I'm just now getting around to it
I really like the originality with this drawing, (I recently got really into rewatching all the episodes of Danny Phantom again on youtube and I love it so (: )
I think you could make the presentation of this look a little neater by cropping the photo and lightening up the darker edges in photoshop, and maybe also add a little bit of contrast, so the streaks in the black are less prominent. I really like the way you inked it, also the picture has a good sense of continuity that keeps your eyes flowing through it. Great job!
