Description Because the world needs more extreme closeups of Percy Weasley. Siriusly.

Also, I've totally been on a Harry Potter kick since OotP came out, and I rarely do HP fanart anyway.

I really don't know what to say for this. Except that I obviously couldn't be bothered to color his shirt, and it looks much better in full view.
