They're both cute! I love how they are exact opposites in hair color and clothing, one being blonde & sweet lolita, and the other being black-haired & gothic lolita.

OMG they are soooooooooooo cute. iv draw a pic of lolita twins but i dont like that they have big black lines but i dont know how to get it like urs. so can u look at mine and help me or giv me tips.

What program do you use? I use photoshop CS3, and a Wacom tablet. You can also use the Pen tool (On here search Pen Tool tutorial) If you have it in your program. I don't use black because it dilutes the colors. If you notice I use a darker color of the main colors. I also work at 2000x2000 pixels and shrink it down to this size.

no, not really. What you should do is work in a really big file (Like 1000x1000 pixel frame) With 2px. then when you shrink it down to 600 pixels it will look better
