As tears befall my face, I have grown hopeless. Suddenly, I hear the flaps of two feathered wings above me and an angelic voice soothes the pain away, "It will be alright." His loving smile takes me by surprise, how did he know I was here unless he was sent from above? He holds out a warm hand for me to grasp and helps me to my feet, "Where did you come from?" I choke out the remains of tears I had. "Shhh, you're beautiful." He lands on the ground behind me and wraps me in his eternal warmth. I feel nothing else matters at this point but him and me. The tears turn to peace, the internal battle has ended, and I tilt my chin up to kiss him on his perfect lips and I gasp as he returns the kiss....
