Noah is a denizen of Elemental City, the Mobius counterpart of Tokyo, Japan, because of his light manipulation. He has 5 brothers and 5 sisters, and he's the son of a Japanese father, and an American mother. When he was a baby, Noah's parents sadly passed away, leaving him and his siblings in the care of their grandfather. After his arch-rival, Yomi, forced him to watch Slaughterhouse: The Task Of Blood, Noah switched to a vegetarian diet. He had also been to the Shonen Jump Zone, and learned Hokuto Shinken under Kenshiro, becoming it's 65th denshousha. He was also the survivor of a mass Mobian sacrifice during a red blood moon, and became the Kamen Rider Wizard of Mobius. He is the resident chef, medic, and group mom of Cyo the Lion's team of Freedom Fighters.
