I'm having issues. Every time I try to go to the other model to pose it, the America pose changes to this weird squatting pose with his hair all over the place. I'm not sure what's going on or how to fix it.

Well I just tested it on three different models, none of which were America, and they pose just fine. It might be the model you're using. Or your version of MMD maybe. Can you screenshot it and show me?
Actually after looking at your profile page I might know the problem. What is nanoem? The poses were made for MMD. If you're trying them in another program then I can't help you. Though, why weren't you able to use the Hetalia models in MMD?

The MMD program I have is kind of a crappy version for Mac. MMDA12. However, I got it to work for Nanoem. I'm sorry I wasted your time, I truly am.Β

You didn't waste my time, I was just confused. Glad you got it to work.

I wasn't very good at posing back then. It looks all right to me though. What's bothering you?

I'm trying to use it but the England pose is going the other direction than the America pose

Strange. I suggest rotating the model. Adjustment will be needed but I didn't expect that to happen. Does the model you're using have a motherbone?

Hm. Then I'm not sure what's wrong. I'll try out the pose myself to check.

Is it okay if I try to use the pose data on my America and OC MMD models?

Yeah. I'm not restrictive like that. If I put a pose for download you can use it with whatever characters you want.
Just be sure to credit me, okay?
You might have to adjust the pose a bit depending on how tall your OC is.

Ohhhh thank you! I'll definitely credit you, no problem there as it was a given on me. I'm still new to MMD but I will keep the adjusting in the back of my head and give a linkback here if I put it on dA. Thank you. ^_^
