The wind was all I heard,

My voice bitten by frost,
Because I was alone,
Left bare in its winter.
But when I bore my heart to you,
You blessed me with your warmth,
And with a flame,
You sparked my hope,
You ignited my courage.
And took me for who I am.
So thank you for your time,
Even if it was short lived,
