Though it is just a matter of flipping stuff around in photoshop... I really kinda like this. I put it in the traditional section though, since the original was done completely traditional, scanned, and then just put back to back like this.Would make a good back tattoo?

Oooooh... Yup, if I ever got a tattoo, it'd be this one. (But if it were on my back, no one would ever see it.

I love it. It would make a good back tattoo, provided the tattoo artist can recreate your awesome eye for detail. I also like the above angle you got on this one. Eastern dragons need more love.
