Very nice, the colors complement each other well, especially with the splatters. They give the overall picture a whimsical atmosphere.

... My jaw actually dropped. I haven't checked in on you in ages and holy crap you're getting phenomenal. The only complaint I can think of is that the hat looks flat (easily remedied, just dramatize the darks and around the band a bit.). You could maybe play with the shadows on the table a bit too, but as is the focus is set nicely on him.
You're doing well, and I'm proud of you! I hope my criticisms in the past have contributed to your improvement, I like to think they did. XD
Oh, and I love his hair. It looks like mine. No joke.
