Description
1) Replace Waluigi's AT with Chain Chomp (the one from Mario Tennis Aces) when Waluigi is fighting. Waluigi is an AT when he isn't fighting. Either that or leave his AT as it is.2) Sakurai shouldn't let the actions of those 3 harassers influence whether or not Waluigi becomes playable. It'd be unfair if he did.
3) Waluigi has a lot of potential movesets. Here's a link to my idea: docs.google.com/document/d/1PL…
4) Sakurai could be trolling us once again in a brand new way.
5) Fans of Waluigi have been wanting him playable for a long time. It's nearly been 20 years since his creation, and it's about time he started getting proper recognition from Nintendo.

You do know waluigi hasn't made an official main appearance in a main mario game. While everyone in smash did.
Also, it's likely that waluigi's creator, camelot, doesn't want him to be playable.

It all depends. Look at sora from kingdom hearts, disney didn't want him in the game, so sakurai decided to go with cloud instead.
Daisy was in a similar situation. During ssb4, it was daisy's 25 aniversary of being on nintendo. But nintendo focus on rosalina. Next year is daisy's 30 aniversary and its likely sakurai wanted to celebrate it a month early.
