well, for this set of pitures ( I took the other buildlings the same day )
I had a "good weather" I mean some nice clouds and a strange sun light.
I often use a gradiant grey filter even on a wide angle (at 10 mm you can have some problems at the corner ).
I add on photoshop a blue color-layer at 20 % that's all.
