I'm trying to draw semi realism style,though still not good enough lolI'm adding elements like fire,ice and thunder to depict her types of attacks in game

I agree with the comments on her face. Also, Undine is her medium for ice-based attacks (and therefore the ice should be in her hand), and I don't recall any moves involving electricity.
Other than that, I love the way this looks! If I may, would you allow me to feature this in my Dizzy fan group?

about the electric,if my memory serves me right,undine can throw knife like projectiles that electrified enemies,but the Color is blue so it's a little hard to make thelighting since her body is light blue,so i changed it to simpler one lol

That would be her Skull Crusher attack. I was thinking that it did give off a little electricity, but I didn't think it does any electrical damage, but it does, so that works.

but looks like my skill not enought to mimick her correctly lol

My advice would be, next time you draw a character of some kind...look for an "ideal face" in media, be it a male or female model, and break up the individual aspects of that face and see what parts you want and parts you don't want.
You can do something like Person A's Eyes, Person B's Nose, Person C's Lips, etc etc. till you find something ideal.
Then it becomes a more original composition.
