He's not speaking with a Welsh ascent. It is COCKNEY, which is an area of London! Your comment is like telling someone from Boston they sound like their fromΒ Oklahoma.

Cockney rhyming slang.
Pork pies=lies, thus porkies also means lies. And of course brown bread rhymes with dead.

Its actually called "Cockney rhyming slang" its a term of slang language thats not much used now, mostly in London/England in the 1960's. "brown bread" is rhyming slang for "dead", and like when the 'Orse princess was "half inched" means pinched/stolen X3 "apples and pears" means "stairs" etc etc, i could go on for hours
Yangus is awsome, its great how they worked all the slang in so well, i'm kinda leaning towards playing through it again XD

Haha, I just watched that cutscene! Word for word.
I didn't have the scratch for the game when it first came out, and I just now found a rental store that had it.

Oddly enough I know what Yangus meant by his little speech, after reading several novels by British authors,I somehow gained the understanding of cockney accents though of course watching a couple of films here and there helped me a bit heh.

Porkies means lies, and Brown Bread works the same as "You're toast".
