I was gonna draw pirate a-team for a whilebut never got to it
and then tablet went kapoot
but yeah

oh okay i think i know what it is.
on all your female pictures I noticed that the chin in kind of similar to the males you draw while the majority of people draw the girls with a smaller thin chin. Also the shoulders are kinda buffy, so maybe slant the shoulders down a bit to make it more feminine? Or make the upper arms smaller to fit the proportion of the female's upper body.
or sometimes, this happens to me a lot, the shoulders are too small and you need to proportion it with head right and sometimes it can be the neck too, i hate necks amg, that need to be slimmed down.
