People keep complaining about how the fight scenes werenβt changed much in the special editions. Come on, these changes were made in the 90s/early 2000s, were you expecting the fights to be completely different from the originals, or re-recorded so they could wave their hands once or twice and jump everywhere? I love these fights; theyβre easily one of the most iconic scenes in Star Wars.
And to the dude who said about βmaking the Jedi fight scenes, especially the Kenobi/Vader duel in Episode IV, more than just two people pretending to hit each other with sticks.β Bruh, literally the vast majority of the Jedi fights are dudes pretending to hit each other with sticks. It ainβt a lightsaber fight if the main focus isnβt lightsaber wielded using their lightsabers to fight.
But if there is one thing or two I agree on with the criticism, itβs that Han shot first and the long lips singing alien is really cringe.
