It's Hugh!In the dream he came from, he was given fire based magic which gave him an alternate, super powered form. In this revamp however, he was born with that magic but it wasn't until he was fully grown that he properly mastered it. He'll get a proper backstory eventually when I'm not feeling so lazy, for now I'm just having fun drawing him again.
