That's not what I'm talking about. Blur isn't apart of one point perspective.
One point perspective is a point in a part of a drawing that in a background like this hallway, all the lines go toward that point. take a look at an open cardboardboard box. Notice that spacially they are parallel, but visually they're not. You can see all the inner sides of the box because of one point perspective.Β

See that it has nothing to do with blur. One point perspective is about creating depth. Blur is an extra effect which can help strengthen the sense of depth. But you need to be able to create a clear idea of depth before you can use all the special effects such as blurring. Oh and also don't forget to check out 2 point perspective. :3
