In the worst case ecenario you can restore the hard drive of your computer to a date where you had the work. There are plenty of tutorials of that in internet but this also means that you will loose everything you did AFTER that chosen date.

If you go to windows explorer and go to computer and put in the search bar in the top right " *.fla " that will search the entire computer for .fla files and display them. If it's there then you haven't lost it (P.S. Windows explorer is the folder icon on the start bar, alternatively to get to the same place you can go start>computer and that will get you to the same place, then you just put the *.fla in)

Hey, I don't know anything about Flash, but that file path looks weird to me. Have you tried running a file search for "Zenos dash"? Maybe the error is somewhere else and you haven't lost all your work... at least, I hope so, it really sucks when that happens.
