I love Umbreon so to show my likeness for the great dark pokemon i drew her. i really like how it came out

you have to like pay for devi to critique so i just comment them instead
well first off is umbreon is using quick attack the wind should be pushing its ears and tail back flatter.
When you should make motion you should also add motion lines on the creature or some kind of blurr because they are moving so fast.
The smudge tool can add nice effects especialy with the tail and ears.
You could give umbreon a quote unuquote "light trail" from his ears and other light marks that is seethrough to give it a nice motion effect like when cars move.
the proportions are good and that is oen of the hard parts to get just right.
the front leg far from us is a bit too big compared to the rest of the legs
Back legs look good ^^
