Another thing I just noticed, the acog is nice too, I just would have a rail system rather than just on the upper receiver's handle.

Black Hawk makes some decent vests, yes. But if one is really heading off into a firefight, a good MOLLE vest or FLC is better because of it's versatility. Also, I see no body armor or water source. Elbow pads should be considered as well, makes it less uncomfortable when shooting in the prone position.
Also, the weapon used. This guy doesn't need a collapsible butt stock, his arms are long enough to use the stock butt stock. The laser on the front is a decent addon, but it would've been better to have a rail system on it (could add more than just a single laser, like a flashlight or forward grip).
Just my two cents. Take it or leave it.

Most of what I've said would've been readily available in 98/99. Picatinny Rail was first made in the 80's, MOLLE in 97. I don't see how this was overly critical...
